Reservation Policy

Making a Reservation: Reservations can be made by email.

Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message. Please check your reservation details carefully.

Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 8 days before your scheduled reservation date.

2. Cancellation Fee (7 Days or Less)

Cancellations made 7 days or less before the reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.

3. Same-Day Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

4. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

5. Lack of Response

If we are unable to reach you despite repeated attempts, the reservation may be canceled at our discretion.

6. Weather and Safety Decisions

All decisions regarding whether to proceed with the trip will be made by the captain, with safety as the top priority.

7. Weather-Related Cancellations

Tours are generally operated even in challenging weather conditions when deemed safe. Therefore, cancellations due to weather conditions are not accepted unless the captain determines that it is unsafe to operate.
