Making a Reservation: Send us a request through the form on our homepage. We reply by email within 24 hours.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We send you a PayPal payment link, and you can pay by credit or debit card without a PayPal account.
Balance: Please pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of your trip.
Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Please check your reservation details carefully.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 8 days before your scheduled reservation date.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before the reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
If we are unable to reach you despite repeated attempts, the reservation may be canceled at our discretion.
All decisions regarding whether to proceed with the trip will be made by the captain, with safety as the top priority.
Tours are generally operated even in challenging weather conditions when deemed safe. Therefore, cancellations due to weather conditions are not accepted unless the captain determines that it is unsafe to operate.
If you change your trip date within 7 days of the original date, the cancellation policy for the original date continues to apply to the new date. Cancelling the rescheduled trip will be charged as if you had cancelled the original booking.
Rescheduling is available once per booking within this period.
Date changes made by the guide due to weather or lake conditions are not subject to this rule.
